ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Brigid Rasmussen
Brigid Rasmussen is a nationally respected strategist and media relations specialist. Her career has spanned high-stakes government relations, presidential campaigns, nonprofit development, and public relations. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Whisper & Roar, a firm specializing in strategic government affairs, coalition building, and integrated media relations for clients at the forefront of public health, innovation, and systemic reform.
Before launching Whisper & Roar, Rasmussen served as Chief of Staff to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. during his historic independent presidential campaign. She was a central force behind securing ballot access in all 50 states—a modern political landmark—and led national strategy across communications, fundraising, and field operations. Her leadership guided a national team of over 100 staff through a complex landscape of state laws, press cycles, and grassroots energy, helping reshape the political narrative outside the two-party system.
Following the campaign, Rasmussen co-founded MAHA Alliance and MAHA Action, two nationwide advocacy organizations committed to reversing chronic disease and advancing bold health reform. As Chief Operating Officer, she built the legislative and stakeholder engagement strategy behind MAHA’s success—leading bipartisan initiatives on food as medicine, environmental toxins, and health freedom. Her team coordinated viral call-to-action campaigns that generated tens of thousands of constituent messages supporting Senate confirmations for key health leaders.
Earlier in her career, Rasmussen worked in behavioral health, leading cognitive behavioral therapy sessions and crisis interventions in residential psychiatric treatment centers. These experiences, combined with her background in psychology, sharpened her understanding of the structural and personal drivers of health outcomes.
She graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University with a degree in Psychology and Italian, while competing on the NCAA Division I beach volleyball team.
She splits her time between Florida, Texas, and Washington DC, and continues to lead bold, cross-sector efforts to Make America Healthy Again.
